Prague and Internet

I still don't have a permanent Internet connection at school yet.  They have not turned on the network yet, so I have been going on from wherever I can.  Today, I am going to Prague to meet up with Dan Foster and Dan Murphy from Iowa State for a few days.  When I get back on Sunday, hopefully I will have Internet in my dorm room and I will post pictures and posts about my week in Italy and first impressions of the Czech Republic.  ISU/Iowa is on Saturday, so GO STATE!

I'm Alive

I made it to the Czech Republic after traveling from 6:15 am Sunday to 1:30 am Monday on bus or train (more details on that to come). I won't get internet access for a few days at the school. I am actually typing this in a wireless hotspot in a KFC sharing a computer with other foreign students. I will post pictures and write about my Italy travel when I actually get a chance. I'm glad to hear ISU beat Kent State--2 and 0!

More stuff coming!

Internet is really hit or miss. I was in Pisa and Florence the past couple days and now I am in Rome. I will post more pictures later...I don't have my cables to connect my camera right now, anyway. I will really post stuff when I get to Brno...I wasn't planning on really being able to write until then, anyway.

Venice

I'm headed to Venice in the morning.  I have a hostel set up for Monday night, so at least I'll have a place to stay my first night in Italy...making it up as I go after that!

I MADE IT!!

I arrived in Frankfurt, Germany, this morning at 1 am CDT and 8 am local time. I'm staying a few days in Marburg, Germany, with the Herrmanns. It's great to see people I know and a familiar town. I'll have more later, but just wanted to let everyone know I made it here safely.
